Terms & Conditions

1. Scope and Application

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations arising from purchases made by customers (hereinafter the Customer) at the Luavelle.com online store, owned and operated by AK KĻAVAS, SIA. Reg. nr.:  41203017119. PVN Nr.: LV41203017119. Address: Vītolu iela 16, Talsi, Talsu novads, Latvija, LV-3201  (hereinafter Luavelle.com).

By registering as a user or purchasing products from Luavelle.com, the Customer agrees to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

Luavelle.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, including pricing. Any changes will be updated on the Luavelle.com website.

2. Formation of the Sales Contract

Luavelle.com sells and the Customer purchases the products available in the online store.

The sales contract becomes effective once the order amount has been credited to Luavelle.com bank account.

By finalizing an order and making payment, the Customer confirms they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Customer will receive e-mail when order is confirmed and another email when it's shipped out.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices on Luavelle.com are listed in euros (€) and include VAT (21%).
  • Luavelle.com reserves the right to adjust prices. Orders placed before a price change will be processed at the price valid at the time of purchase.
  • Available payment methods include: Bank links and Credit/Debit Card Payments
  • The order will only be confirmed once the full payment has been received.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
  • After a successful payment is made, the customer will receive an e-mail confirmation, that the order is placed and ready for proccesing
  • Delivery timeframes, as indicated on Luavelle.com, apply from the moment the payment is received. Usually takes 2 - 5 working days.
  • Customers must ensure their delivery details are accurate. Luavelle.com is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information.
  • If products are damaged during delivery, Luavelle.com will replace the affected items (not packaging) or issue a refund if replacements are unavailable.
  • We use DPD parcel courier services.
  • Uppon delivery customer will receive sms with details from courier service.

5. Right to Return

  • Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving their order.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to defective or incorrect items.
  • To initiate a return, the Customer must send a return request via email to support@luavelle.com within 14 days, including:
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return request. Shipping fees will also be refunded if the return is due to an error by Luavelle.com.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method that the customer used placing the order.
  • Returned items must be returned with the same DPD courier service to Vītolu iela 16, Talsi, Talsu novads, Latvija, LV-3201

6. Liability & Force Majeure

  • Luavelle.com and the Customer are liable for damages caused by violations of these terms, in accordance with Latvian law.
  • Luavelle.com is not liable for damages or delays caused by unforeseeable events beyond its control (force majeure).

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • By using Luavelle.com, the Customer agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Luavelle.com’s Privacy Policy.
  • Customer data is used solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes should first be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
  • If an agreement cannot be reached, the Customer may contact the Consumer Protection Board or take legal action.
  • Luavelle.com reserves the right to take legal action to protect its rights if necessary.
