Thank you for shopping with Luavelle. We hope that you're pleased with your order. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return any purchase within 14 days of receipt.
For returns, please follow the instructions for returning with the same carrier that shipped your order. For exchanges, please see the information below.

Using the enclosed returns and exchanges form, please indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason, or your desired exchange size. |
Step 2 |
Please insert the form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging. |
Step 3 |
Please close the parcel securely and attach the returns label to the outside. |
Step 4 |
There are two options for handing over your parcel to DPD: drop-off or pick-up. With drop-offs you can leave a labeled DPD parcel at your nearest drop-off store: DPD Locations When arranging your pickup, you will need to provide the Waybill number shown on your label. You can find it below the first barcode. |
Step 5 |
Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed. |
How to exchange |
If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact our Customer Care team to reserve the new desired size and follow the steps mentioned above. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the exchanged item(s). |
Return conditions
Exchanges conditions

We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.

It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different color or a different item altogether.

Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.

Merchandise must be returned in one parcel. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.

Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or UPS).

We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).

Customized items cannot be returned.

Products from the LIFE category cannot be exchanged.
